• Every AED 200 spent entitles the shopper to one (1) digital raffle entry and a “Summer Shopping Carnival Passport” (*terms and conditions apply).
• M/s Line Investments and Property - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. reserves the right to disallow entries that violate the campaign terms and UAE laws in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons.
• M/s Line Investments and Property - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of participants (including the participant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false, duplicate, or misleading details have been given by a participant, or where a participant has behaved fraudulently or dishonestly, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion.

For the Physical Raffle Draw (Passport-Based):

• Collect your Summer Shopping Carnival Passport (first-come, first-served while stocks last).
• Use your passport to enjoy brand offers.
• Visit 5 different participating malls, collect stamps, and present your completed passport along with your mobile number to enter the Physical Raffle Draw.

For the Digital Raffle Draw:

• Show your valid purchase receipt(s), Emirates ID, and mobile number to register.
• Incomplete information may lead to disqualification from the draw.

• Lucky winners selected through the raffle draw will stand a chance to win:
• Five (5) Cars (Digital Raffle Draw), as per the terms and conditions.
• Forty (40) Travel Packages (Physical Raffle Draw) as per the terms and conditions.

• Winners will be selected through a random digital raffle draw & physical raffle draw supervised by relevant government authorities, if applicable.
• Draw dates will be communicated by the Organizer and are subject to change without notice after obtaining necessary approvals from competent authorities.
• Winners will be notified using the contact information (e.g., phone number, email) provided during the registration process.
• Winners must produce the following within thirty (30) days of the notification, failing which the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be chosen:
• Raffle entry confirmation (e.g., SMS, email, or digital coupon detail).
• Original stamped bill(s) used for the raffle entry claim.
• Valid ID proofs (Valid Passport copy with visa page and/or Emirates ID).

• Prizes are as stated and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other alternatives unless otherwise decided by the Organizer.
• If a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, or if required documentation is not provided within the stipulated timeframe, that prize will be considered forfeited, and no compensation will be payable. The Organizer reserves the right to conduct a re-draw for any unclaimed prizes.
• Winners are responsible for and shall bear all taxes or additional expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize, whether incurred in the UAE or abroad.
• Winners are responsible for ensuring they possess all valid and necessary documents required to claim and utilize the prize, including but not limited to a valid driving license, passport, or any other legal documentation as applicable. Failure to provide such documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• By accepting the prize, the winner(s) give their consent to M/s Line Investments and Property - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C to use their name, voice, photos, videos, or other likenesses for promotional purposes related to the Promotional Campaign and raffle draw. The winner(s) grant permission for these materials to be used in advertising and marketing without any payment or further consent. Further, the winner(s) agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities or functions related to the Campaign, if requested.

• M/s Line Investments and Property - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. staffs are not eligible to participate in this Promotional Campaign.

• By participating in the Summer Shopping Carnival, participants acknowledge, agree, and consent that their personal information (including but not limited to name, phone number, email ID, nationality, and copies of ID proofs) may be collected, stored, and used by M/s Line Investments and Property – Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. and its affiliates.
• This information will be used for the administration of the Promotional Campaign, prize notification, verification, delivery of prizes, for marketing and promotional activities related to present and future campaigns via email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc., and for internal analysis.
• The Organizer guarantees that the data will be securely stored and not shared with unauthorized third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purposes of prize fulfillment (e.g., sharing details with travel partners for travel packages and sponsors).
• All collected information will be handled in compliance with applicable UAE data protection regulations.

• The "Mall Passport Shop. Stamp. Win!" promotion and any "Up to 90% OFF" offers advertised as part of the Summer Shopping Carnival may be subject to each participating outlets and their own separate terms and conditions. Participants should refer to the specific terms and conditions for these offers available at participating outlets or customer service desks.
• In case the Mall Passport or any associated coupons are lost, damaged, or misplaced, replacements will not be provided. Participants must purchase a new passport (if required) and restart the collection process from the beginning. Each phone number can be used to issue only one passport. Reissuing or requesting an additional passport using the same number is not allowed.

• The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotional Campaign shall be final, binding, and conclusive.
• The Organizer reserves the right to, at any point of time during the Promotional Campaign, amend/change/modify the terms and conditions, suspend, or terminate the Promotional Campaign at any time without prior notice, subject to the approval of the relevant government authorities.
• M/s Line Investments and Property - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network issues, lost or stolen receipts/entries, or any other issues that may prevent a participant from entering or claiming a prize.
• Participation in this Promotional Campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

• Bills from the following categories/outlets and services will not be accepted for the raffle draw. The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify this list from time to time:
• Telecommunication services (e.g., Etisalat, Du) are not eligible; however, purchases of mobile phones and accessories from these outlets will be accepted.
• Wholesale purchases.
• Banks, ATMs, money exchanges, and other financial services.
• Courier services.
• Utility bill payments (e.g., ADDC) or payments for services such as SEHA, Tadweer, Tasheel, etc.
• Gift card purchases are not eligible (Excluding LAKA Gift Card).
• Any other service-oriented receipts that do not involve retail shopping as determined by the Organizer.

• Bill numbers must be clearly entered or visible during registration.
• Each original receipt must be stamped "Registered" or similarly marked at the customer service desk at the time of registration to validate its entry and prevent reuse.
• Only original, legible receipts will be accepted. Photocopies or tampered receipts will be disqualified.
• Digital receipts are acceptable only if registered on the same day of purchase and meet the Organizer's validation criteria. For late registrations, only original printed copies of receipts may be considered valid, at the Organizer's discretion.
