Enroll yourself at the customer service desk by showing the purchase bill of min. AED 200 from any participating store. Upon enrolling you will get an OTP from our team to be shared with the customer service agent. Once confirmed a Digital Coupon will be sent to your registered e-mail and your registered mobile by SMS.

Visit any customer service desk at participating shopping malls and present a valid purchase bill worth AED 200/-. You will be registered and receive coupons via your registered email and SMS on your registered UAE mobile number.

Based on the purchase value, for every AED 200 from the participating stores of participating shopping malls, you are entitled to one (1) digital coupon.

Once a purchase bill is registered in the system, for availing coupon, any balance amount in the bill cannot be carried forward for the next time to avail of another coupon.

Yes, you can club bills of multiple tenants to avail the desired value of AED 200 to avail a coupon.

No, you cannot club the bills of tenants from different malls to get coupons.

A minimum purchase of AED 200 from participating outlets during the campaign period, 28 November 2025 to 28 December 2025, is required to qualify. Purchases from hypermarkets within the malls are also eligible.

Brand vouchers are subject to their own individual terms and conditions, which will apply at the
time of voucher use.

Winners should produce the following within 30 days of the notification failing which the same
will be forfeited: 

• Raffle Coupon detail received in SMS
• Original Bill used for Coupon claim
• Valid ID proofs (Passport copy/Emirates ID)

Bills from different malls are not allowed to combine to obtain the minimum purchase value to
enter the draw.

M/s Line Investments and Property - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. staff, its associates & Tenant and
mall Staffs are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

Upon getting selected in the raffle draw the participant agrees to provide all necessary
information as will be requested by the M/s Line Investments and Property - Sole Proprietorship
L.L.C. to authenticate his/her identity and thereby claim the prize.

No prizes are transferable. If a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, that prize will be
void and no compensation will be payable.

By participating in the Shopathon, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information, including name, phone number, email ID, and nationality, may be collected by M/s Line Investments and Property - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. for internal purposes. This information will be used solely for activities related to the campaign, such as prize notification, verification, and administrative processes. 2. How to Participate

• Spend a minimum of AED 200 in any participating mall or store.
• Upon qualifying, shoppers will receive a Scratch and Win card at the mall’s customer service desk.
• Scratch the card to reveal a prize. Stand a chance to win Laka gift card, holiday packages, and other exciting prizes.

3. Prize Claim Rules

• Scratch and Win coupons must be scratched at the customer service desk of the same mall where the purchase was made. Coupons cannot be taken home or scratched later, as they will be considered disqualified.

4. Prizes

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.
• Winners of high-value prizes, must provide valid identification to claim their prize.

5. Prize Collection

• To claim the prize, winners must present the Scratch and Win card, the original purchase receipt for AED 200 or more, and a valid ID (passport or Emirates ID).
• Failure to claim the prize will result in forfeiture.

6. General Terms

• M/s Line Investments and Property - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. reserves the right to disqualify any participant or void any Scratch and Win card if the participant provides incorrect or fraudulent information.
• The organizer reserves the right to amend or terminate the Scratch and Win promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Liability

• M/s Line Investments and Property - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or stolen cards, or failures that may prevent a participant from entering or claiming a prize.

8. Privacy

• Personal data provided by participants will be collected, used, and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws for the purposes of this promotion only.

Bills from the following categories and services will not be accepted for the Shopathon:

• Telecommunication services (e.g., Etisalat, Du) are not eligible; however, purchases of mobile phones and accessories from these outlets will be accepted.
• Wholesale purchases. (Including Gold)
• Banks, ATMs, money exchanges, and other financial services.
• Courier services.
• Utility bill payments (e.g., ADDC) or payments for services such as SEHA, Tadweer, Tasheel, etc.
• Gift card purchases are not eligible (Excluding LAKA Gift Card).
• Any other service-oriented receipts that do not involve retail shopping as determined by the Organizer.

• Digital receipts are acceptable only on the same day as registration.
• For late registrations, only printed copies of receipts will be considered valid.

• Bill numbers must be clearly entered during registration.
• Each receipt must be stamped at the time of registration to validate its entry.
• A maximum value of AED 5,000 (25 vouchers) will be considered for bulk and gold purchases.
